"Pretty easy to use"
I’ve used FoodJets a handful of times now, and overall it’s been easy enough. The app didn’t take much to figure out, and the website works fine too when I’m not on my phone. I can usually find what I’m looking for, add stuff to my order, and check out without much hassle. It’s nice that it’s not packed with a bunch of extra things getting in the way. So far, no real problems on my end.

"Usually quick when I order"
I’ve used foodjets.com a handful of times now, and the delivery is fast overall. Most of the time it feels like food delivery apps are either super slow or weirdly early, but with this one my orders have usually shown up sooner than I expected, which is a win when you’re starving.
There was one time it got there a little late, but that kind of thing happens with every delivery service eventually. The driver still found my place without any drama, and the food was warm, so I wasn’t too bothered. I’d give it 4 stars since it’s reliable most of the time, just not perfect every single order.

"Tried foodjets tonight and the driver was great..."
Tried foodjets tonight and the driver was great, he showed up right on time, called me when he was getting close, figured out my apartment without acting annoyed or making it complicated, and handed me the food like he actually cared about doing the job right.
The only thing keeping it from being a full 5 stars is that the app’s timing was a little off, but that wasn’t on the driver at all. I’d definitely use them again.

"Pretty fair overall"
The prices seemed reasonable to me, and the fees weren’t, like... ridiculously high the way they are on some other delivery apps. So yeah, overall it felt fair.

I ordered food and, i was just hoping everything would show up the way I picked it. When it arrived, all the items were right, the sauces were there, and nothing was missing or mixed up. It’s a small thing, but with delivery, that’s really all I’m looking for.

"Honestly really enjoyed it"
The food showed up hot and fresh, and it actually tasted better than I was expecting. The portions were decent too. It wasn’t anything fancy, just solid, good food that hit the spot. I’d definitely order again because it left me feeling happy and satisfied.

"Refund was surprisingly easy"
I had a mix-up with my order and ended up asking for a refund. Support replied quickly, and the whole thing felt calm and straightforward instead of awkward or frustrating.
